The Gateway 200 Series takes the PC133 SODIMM, 3.3V Memory RAM Type, and comes installed with 256 MB (nonremovable) of RAM. You can upgrade your Gateway 200 Series to up to a maximum of 384 MB RAM, the system has 1 socket to install RAM, already with 256 MB (nonremovable) standard RAM installed. For best system performance use the maximum amount of allowed RAM per slot for your system.
