The Gateway 300LE takes the PC100/133 SDRAM DIMMs Memory RAM Type, and comes installed with 128 MB (removable) of RAM. You can upgrade your Gateway 300LE to up to a maximum of 512 MB RAM, the system has 2 sockets to install RAM, already with 128 MB (removable) standard RAM installed. For best system performance use the maximum amount of allowed RAM per slot for your system.
